ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue sub-division patta in favour of the petitioner and one Ravi for the property morefully described in the Page No.1 of 4
prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's application, dated 25.09.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Since the aforesaid application of the petitioner dated 25.09.2025 has not been considered by the respondent till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass final orders on the petitioner's online application, dated 25.09.2025, seeking for sub-division patta in the name of the petitioner and one Ravi, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's online Page No.2 of 4
application, dated 25.09.2025 seeking for sub-division patta in his name and one Ravi, for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
