This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to restore the petition in Crl.R.C.No.1178 of 2024 on the file of this Court which has been dismissed for non-prosecution on 24.07.2024.

3. The learned Government Advocate has no serious objection for the application being allowed.

4. Having considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and having considered the averments in the affidavit and upon the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the Criminal Revision Case is restored to file. Registry is directed to list this case after two weeks.
