ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 287, 351(2) of BNS and 4 of TNPHW Act altered to 329(4), 287, 351(2) & 108 of BNS r/w. Section

4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.62 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein was originally arrested in this case and granted bail. Subsequently, the prosecution moved a cancellation of bail petition before the Judicial Magistrate, and the bail granted to the petitioner was also cancelled.

3. Without challenging the order of cancellation, a petition for anticipatory bail was directly filed before this Court. Further, this Court also considered the petition on merits in Crl.O.P.No.20959 of 2025 vide order dated 09.09.2025, and dismissed the anticipatory bail petition. Hence, I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
