ORDER

When the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant submits that at the time of admission of Criminal Revision Case No.2041 of 2025 on 16.10.2025, it was allowed, without giving opportunity to the respondent/defacto complainant - petitioner herein. It is further submitted that the petitioner herein/respondent in Crl.RC., is having valid objection with regard to the issue involved in the revision. Therefore, prayed to recall the order dated 16.10.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent herein/revision petitioner raised objections to the above argument of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. On perusal of the records, it is seen that on the date of admission of Criminal Revision Case, this court passed order allowing the revision. Now, the respondent/defacto complainant is having objections with regard to marking of the document, viz., the affidavit of the petition in Crl.O.P.No.2408 of 2018.

4. In view of the above, this court is inclined to re-call the order passed in the Criminal Revision Case. At this stage, learned counsel for the 2 / 4

respondent/revision petitioner submits that the appeal proceedings before the trial court, may be stayed till the disposal of the appeal.

5. Post the criminal revision case for submission of both sides arguments before the regular roster court. Till the disposal of the criminal revision case, the proceedings in C.A.No.160 of 2024 is stayed.

6. Registry shall post the matter before the roster court on 10.03.2026. 24-02-2026 nvsri To The Special Judge/Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases for scheduled caste and the schedule tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Tiruppur.
