Mrs.S.S.Meenakumary, learned counsel takes notice for R3 to R5.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 5 submitted that the petitioner is laying a pipeline through the public pathway not for agricultural purposes, but for the benefit of his sago industry. It is further submitted that such laying of the pipeline affects the rights of the private respondents and also causes disturbance to their agricultural activities. o disturbing the agricultural works.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not laying the pipeline through any private lands and that the same is being carried out only after obtaining appropriate permission from the Government authorities.

4. Post on 07.04.2026 for filing counter of R3 to R5.
