2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that an enquiry was conducted in Current Paper C.No.71/PG/DC/HQ/CBE CITY/2025 based on the representation of the petitioner dated 26.11.2025.

3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry in Current Paper C.No.71/PG/DC/HQ/CBE CITY/2025 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the said direction, this Writ Petition (Crl.) stands disposed of. No costs.
