These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 425 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement in S.A.No.267 of 2025 (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the appellant in S.A.No.267 of 2025 (iii) to bring on the record the appellants 2 to 4 as the legal heirs of the deceased appellant namely, Madhavaramanujam and rank them as appellants 2 to 4 in the above second appeal in S.A.No.267 of 2025

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

3. Post this matter on 08.09.2025 25.08.2025 [1/2] vsn Note : Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Second Appeal.
