O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in E.P.No.134 of 2017 in O.S.No.104 of 2012 dated 06.01.2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Cuddalore.

2. The learned Government Advocate (CS) submitted that on the strength of the ex-parte decree, the execution petition was filed and in the execution petition, attachment was ordered and aggrieved by the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed. He also submitted that now the ex-parte decree was set aside and the suit has been restored on 01.04.2021. Therefore, the order of attachment is liable to be set aside.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the order passed in E.P.No.134 of 2017 in O.S.No.104 of 2012 dated 06.01.2018 is hereby set aside. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
