JUDGEMENT (Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Today, when the matter is listed for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the first respondent Board informed before this Court that electricity Service Connection has been given to the second respondent on 15.04.2021. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the writ appeal has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
