ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of her appeal dated 15.10.2024, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's appeal is directed to be disposed of by the 2nd respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. This Court is not expresssing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 15.10.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. No costs.
