Petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, (BNSS), 2023, to modify the condition 9(b) imposed on the petitioners vide order dated 05.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.33521 of 2025, on the file of this Honble Court, which directs the Petitioners to report before the concerned court daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation and modify the same. This petition has been filed to modify the condition 9(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.33521 of 2025 dated 05.12.2025. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners had already obtained bail orders in Crl.O.P.Nos.31708 and 31747 of 2025, dated 24.11.2025 and have been complying with the conditions imposed therein before the Sub-Inspector of Police, Katpadi Police Station, Vellore District, in connection with the Crime No.357 of 2025. In respect of the present Crime No.41 of 2025, the petitioners were granted bail in Crl.O.P.No.33521 of 2025 dated 05.12.2025. Therefore, he prayed that the petitioners may be permitted to appear before the Katpadi Police Station at Vellore, for the purpose of complying with the conditions imposed under the said order dated 05.12.2025. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the above said submissions and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Katpadi Police Station, Vellore District daily at 10:30 A.M., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 19.01.2026 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order/Non Speaking Order klt To
