Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the application for Subdivision patta Transfer in Re- Survey No.28/ 2A1 vide Can No.0330702056627 and Application No.2023/0105/07/Q dated 14/03/2023.

For Petitioner : Mr.Avinash Wadhwani For Respondent : Mr.D.Ravichander Special Government Pleader Order With consent, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 14.03.2023 seeking 1/4

for sub-division of patta in his favour for the property (morefully described in the affidavit in support of this Writ Petition) within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. Since the petitioner's application dated 14.03.2023 referred to supra has not been considered by the respondent till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondent.

5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the petitioner's application is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation made by the petitioner.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application dated 14.03.2023 seeking for sub-division of patta for the 2/4

property (morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition) within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
