The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 5(l), 5(j), 5(ii) read with Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 under Sections 4(1), 5(1)(a), 5(1)(b), 5(1)(c), 5(c)(B)(ii) of Immoral Traffic ( Prevention) Act & Under Sections 98 of BNS Act in Crime No.25 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, now the offences were altered into offences under Sections SC/ST Act also.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate forum. 19.12.2025 sma 2/3
