ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to furnish the copies filed by the petitioner's father and the fourth respondent before the third respondent dated 30.10.2025. The petitioner seeks for copies of the

revision petition filed by the petitioner's father aggrieved by the order of the third respondent.

2. Mr. S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of R1 to R3. He would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition can be granted.

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to furnish copies of the papers filed by the petitioner's father before the second respondent in the revision petition filed by the petitioner's father dated 30.10.2025 to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the fourth respondent and since the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition is an innocuous one, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
