The petitioners are the legal heirs of sole defendant and hence, they have come forward with the present petition in order to challenge the I.A.No.2 of 2024 in O.S.No.161 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. I have independently gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition to accept the cause title, and I am satisfied that the petitioners have made out sufficient cause and accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
