ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the fourth respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Since the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2025, seeking for issuance of patta, has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that pursuant to the petitioner's representation, proceedings have been initiated by the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, seeking for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. He would submit that in due course final orders will be passed by the respondents on the petitioner's representation seeking for issuance of patta. The said statement is recorded.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the fourth respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2025, seeking for issuance of patta in his name for

the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners if any and any other third party whom the fourth respondent deems fit to enquire.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
