ORDER

Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to issue work site Inspection Certificate to the petitioner, enabling them to participate in the E- Tender floated by the 1st Respondent vide Short Term ETender Notice NO. 53/TVM- CLE/ 2025- 2026/dated. 25.11.2025, by considering the petitioners representation dated 10.12.2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, fairly submitted that work Site Inspection Certificate will be issued to the petitioner by today itself.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands disposed of.

No costs. The respondents shall issue the certificates as undertaken before this Court without fail.
