Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider his representation dated 30.08.2025 to cancel the transfer of Electricity Service Meter accounts Nos. 054 004-510 and 054-004-511 and grant such other or further orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider his representation dated 30.08.2025 to cancel the transfer of Electricity Service Meter accounts Nos. 054 004-510 and 054-004-511."

2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that, without his consent, knowledge, or No Objection Certificate, the 5th respondent, with the help of certain officials, had fraudulently managed to transfer Electricity Service Connection Meter Account Nos. 054-004-510 and 054-004-511, along with the security deposit, in his favour. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 30.08.2025 to respondents 1 to 4, seeking cancellation of the transfer of the aforesaid electricity service connection meter account numbers and the security deposit that had been transferred in favour of the 5th respondent. However, to date no action has been taken by the respondents 1 to 4. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records.

Considering the limited request of the petitioner and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2025 has not been considered to date, the respondents 1 to 4 are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to all the interested parties, within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
