The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to first respondent police to comply with the Order dated 17.07.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.1419 of 2024 passed by the District Munsif - cum - Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram in accordance with law and within a stipulated time. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the Order of the learned District - Munsif - cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram in Crl.M.P.No.1419 of 2024 dated 17.07.2025 has been complied with and a report has also been submitted before the concerned Court on 15.12.2025.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without conducting a proper enquiry, the closure report has been filed.
