ORDER

The petitioner is a registered Class-I Contractor. The respondent had called for tenders for construction of storm water drains. The petitioner sought the respondents to issue her with the site visit certificates. This was by way of an e-mail on 10.12.2025 and by registered post on 11.12.2025 with the acknowledgment due. As the request did not elicit any response, she is before this Court. The tender was called on 27.11.2025 and the last date for submission is 16.12.2025 at 03:30 p.m.

2. Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents reports that site visit certificates will be issued by Monday (15.12.2025).

3. His statement is recorded. The Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
