(Order of the Court was made by N.Kirubakaran, J) This Court has dismissed the appeal filed by the appellants on 10.12.2018 with the direction to pay the amount within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order failing which, the appellants are directed to appear before this Court on 04.02.2019. 2.Since, both of us were sitting in Madurai during the period from February to April, the matter has not been listed. When the matter is listed today, even after passing of six months from the date of passing of the order, no steps have been taken by the appellants to make the payment to the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants seeks further time to pay the amount. Hence, time is granted at his request till 10.07.2019. If the payment is not made on the said date, the appellants are directed to appear before this Court on 11.07.2019. 4.Post the matter for reporting compliance finally on 11.07.2019.
