2. These two revision petitions are filed challenging the order passed by the trial Court allowing the applications filed by the respondents seeking re-opening of the case and re-call of PW.1. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents/plaintiffs submitted that subsequent to the order impugned in these revisions PW.1 was recalled and documents were also marked. It is further submitted that PW.1 was cross examined by the petitioners. Now the suit is posted for cross examination of DW.1 on 19.02.2024. 3/6

4. In view of the fact that PW.1 was recalled and his examination was completed, nothing survives in these revision petitions.

5. Accordingly, these two revision petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
