ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience by the respondents in not complying with the orders of this Court dated 09.12.2024 in W.P.No.36403 of 2024.

2. Mr.T.Nandha Kumar, Inspector of Police, Chinna Salem Police Station, Kallakurichi District, is present today.

3. It is reported that the orders of this Court has been complied with, inasmuch as it is stated that in case of rejection, a speaking order has to be passed and accordingly, a speaking order has been passed on 14.03.2025 itself. 4 The learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that a copy of the said order has not been served on the petitioner till date. Today, a copy of the said order has been furnished to the petitioner counsel.
