Cooperative, Food and Consumer Protection (CN-2) Department, dated 27.06.2024 whereby confirming the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his Review Petition No.01/2017/Sa. Pa.(Na.Ka. 2496/ 2017/ Sa.Pa), dated 20.12.2018 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with continuity of service with all attendant monetary benefits to the petitioner. TO AS FOLLOWS, issue WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, Calling for the records of 1st respondent in G.O. 2(D) No.58, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection (CN-2) Department, dated 27.06.2024 and the 2nd respondent's proceedings in Review Petition No.01/2017/Sa. Pa.(Na.Ka.2496/2017/ Sa.Pa), dated 20.12.2018 and the 3rd respondent's Termination order dated 03.06.

2009 and quash all the above proceedings of the respondents as illegal and without jurisdiction in the light the Division Bench Decision of this Hon'ble Court in WA.No.3895 of 2019 paragraph 7 to 9 dated 15.03.2018 in the case of Additional Registrar of Cooperative Societies, v. K.Ulaganathan and on the ground of violation of principles of natural justice, consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner into service along with all attendant service and monetary benefits with 12% interest p.a.
