This matter is taken up for hearing through Video-Conferencing. Mr.A.Gouthaman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he had returned the papers long back and he had reported no instruction even last year. No new counsel has entered appearance. Therefore, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Revision. Hence the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
