This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the members of Tindivanam United Association, since the respondents are preventing from entering their Association.
The petitioner is a practising advocate in Tindivanam Court and also legal advisor to Tindivanam United Association. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent Police have been calling the office bearers of Tindivanam United Association for enquiry and harassing them. Hence, the present criminal original petition. It is seen that the petitioner as legal advisor has filed this petition in his individual capacity. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there is no case registered against the petitioner and he is not required for any enquiry.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), recording the same, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
