Respondent(s) PRAYER This petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to amend the petition to the effect that the alleged offences under sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3) of THE BHARATHIYA NYAYA SANHITA (BNS) and 4 of TN PROHIBITION OF HARASSMENT OF WOMEN ACT 2002 in the anticipatory bail petition instead of 296(b), 115(2), 118(2), 351(3) of THE BHARATIYA NYAYA SANHITA (BNS). 2023 in Crl.Op.No.31026 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the order in Crl.O.P.No.31026 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025 by including the offence under sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3) of THE BHARATHIYA NYAYA SANHITA (BNS) and 4 of TN PROHIBITION OF HARASSMENT OF WOMEN ACT, 2002 in the anticipatory bail petition instead of 296(b), 115(2), 118(2), 351(3) of THE BHARATIYA NYAYA SANHITA (BNS). 2023.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in Crl.O.P.No.31026 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025 and issue fresh copy of the order. Further, one week time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
