ORDER

The petitioner seeks extension of time to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.23196 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.25582 of 2025, dated 03.12.2025.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and one week's time is extended to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.23196 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.25582 of 2025, dated 03.12.2025, on subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only), to the credit of "The Chairman, Taluk Legal Services Committee, Court Building, Kancheepuram - 631 501.", within a period of one week from the date on which, the order copy is made ready, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stand automatically cancelled and no further extension of time will be granted. 18-02-2026 klt To 1.
