The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) of BNS in Crime No.913 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, already petitioner has filed anticipatory bail petition before the Sessions Court in Crl.M.P.No.5178 of 2025 and the same is pending, however suppressing the same, present petition is filed and hence this petition is not maintainable.
