Earlier, on 26.02.2021, when the matter is taken up for hearing none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, the Registry is directed to list the case on 02.03.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Accordingly, the case is listed today. Even today (i.e on 02.03.2021), there is no representation for the petitioner, which shows that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the case. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
