Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to issue the Worksite Inspection and Plant and Machineries certificates to the petitioner relating to TENDER NOTICE NO.11/2025-26 /HDO/NH/DATE 01/12/2025 and TENDER NOTICE NO.23/2025-26/ HDO/NH/DATED 03/12/2025 by considering the representation dated 08/12/2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, fairly submitted that work Site Inspection Certificate and Working Condition of the Plans and Machineries certificate with respect to the TENDER NOTICE NO.11/202526 /HDO/NH/DATE 01/12/2025 will be issued to the petitioner today itself and with respect to the TENDER NOTICE NO.23/2025-26/ HDO/NH/DATED 03/12/2025, the certificates will be issued on or before 18.12.2025.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
