ORDER

Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission

stage itself.

2. This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to issue work site inspection certificates and working condition of the plants and Machineries certificates to the petitioner as per the application of the petitioner dated 9.12.2025 in order to submit his bids through online on or before 18.12.2025 up to 15.00 Hrs in Tender Notification in Tender Notice No.17/HDO/NH/2025-26/dated 2.12.2025 in respect of work in SI.No.2(Job No.TN-CRIF-2025-26-SLM-16)on the file of the 1st respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, fairly submitted that since, today is the last date for submitting the work Site Inspection Certificate and Working Condition of the Plans and Machineries certificate, the certificates will be issued to the petitioner by today itself.
