CMP No.32388 of 2025 in Tr.CMP No.1055 of 2025 DR.A.D.MARIA CLETE,J This petition is filed to amend the prayer in the transfer petition; by amending transfer of H.M.O.P.No.500 of 2020 from the Hon'ble Family Court, Madurai to the Hon'ble Family Court, Chennai, and instead direct that H.M.O.P.No.500 of 2020, pending on the file of the Hon'ble Family Court, Madurai, be transferred to the Hon'ble Sub Court, Ambattur.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and none appeared for the respondent.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
