When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reiterated the prosecution case and reported that after investigation, final report also filed with the following offences under Sections 147, 148, 294b, 324 and 355 of IPC and 3(1)(r)SC/ST, 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(vb).
2. Since the investigation in this case has been concluded and final report also filed and the trial court has taken cognizance, this petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
