3/4 2.It had been contended that the respondent who had the benefit of the order before the Tribunal had moved a contempt petition seeking implementation of the order and therefore the writ petition has to be heard within the specific time period.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.
