This petition is filed to condone the delay of 477 days in filing the appeal against the judgment passed in C.C.No.2036 of 2017 dated 03.02.2024 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of CCB and CBCID Metro Cases, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms.Kartika Kamal, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.A.Madhumathi, learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
