ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to update the revenue entries in the revenue records and in the online maintained by the respondents, based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He would submit that the respondents are in the process of issuance of patta.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law

on the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2025 seeking for updation of the online entry of the revenue records in the official website of the respondents, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
