Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct 2nd and 3rd respondents to survey and fix boundaries for the properties comprised in survey No.178/2J to an extent of 38 cents of land situated at Ramereddypatti village Omalur Taluk Salem District as per Sale deed No.579 of 2022 dated 28.1.2022 on the file of Sub Register office Tharamangalam Salem District 1 / 5

with necessary police protection from 3rd respondent based on the petitioner's online application NO.2025/0123/08/014247 dated 13.11.2025 within the time limit to be stipulated by this HOnble court For Petitioner : M/s.G.Ambika For Respondents 1 to 3 : Mr.D.Ravichander Special Government Pleader For Respondent-4 : Mr.R.Venketasaperumal, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his Application dated 13.11.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had submitted an Application dated 13.11.2025 seeking for survey and demarcation of the property morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition. Since the said representations has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.R.Venketasaperumal, 2 / 5

learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice for fourth respondent.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid Application of the petitioner is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party, whom, the second respondent deems fit to enquire. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners and also to any other party, whom, he deems fit to enquire.

b) After receiving objections, if any, and after considering the same, the second respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

c) If any need arises, the second respondent is permitted to submit a petition for police assistance, and upon receipt of such request, the fourth respondent-Police shall render necessary 3 / 5

police assistance for conducting survey and demarcation of the subject property.
