praying to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents to defreeze all restrictions including lien on the Banks Account of Petitioners and permit them to 'use and utilize' the 'disputed amount' fully without any restriction or hindrance as given in the para 44 of this affidavit.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to defreeze all restrictions including lien on the Banks Account of Petitioners and permit them to 'use and utilize' the 'disputed amount' fully without any restriction or hindrance as given in the para 44 of this affidavit.

On instruction, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for respondents 1 & 2 submitted that as per the request made by the State Cyber Crime Investigation Centre, Headquarters, Chennai, the account of the petitioners have been frozen in pursuant to registration of FIR in crime Nos.67 and 71 of 2025 and in both the FIR's, now investigation is pending.

Therefore, pending investigation, this Court is not inclined to consider the prayer sought for in this writ petition. As such, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
