This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners namely Ganeshmoorthy, Kaviya and Thrishalini as petitioners 10 to 12 in the place of deceased Sumathi in the above Writ Petition.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the same is ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the cause-title and list the Writ Petition on 21.01.2026.
