ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed in para 5(i) of Crl.M.P.No.19372 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.2068 of 2025 dated 24.10.2025, directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the credit of S.T.C.No.303 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (F.T.C.), Tiruchengode.

2. According to the learned counsel, the petitioner is unable to mobilise the entire amount of Rs.4,00,000/- within the time stipulated by this Court, owing to his financial constraints, and therefore seeks reduction of the quantum.

3. Considering the above submission that the petitioner is unable to deposit the full amount, the condition imposed by this Court in para 5(i) of Crl.M.P.No.19372 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.2068 of 2025 dated 24.10.2025,

directing the petitioner to deposit Rs.4,00,000/- to the credit of S.T.C.No.303 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (F.T.C.), Tiruchengode, is modified. The petitioner is now directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of S.T.C.No.303 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (F.T.C.), Tiruchengode, on or before 12.01.2026. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
