2. According to the applicant, he is the Plaintiff in the main Suit filed as against the defendants for declaration and permanent injunction. The substantial part of cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. The 3rd defendant is residing within the jurisdiction of the Court and the defendants 1 and 2 are residing outside the jurisdiction of the Court.
3. This Court heard the applicant's side and perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, the substantial part of cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court and the defendants 1 and 2 are residing outside of the jurisdiction of this Court, this application is allowed. Leave is granted. The Registry is directed to number the Suit, if it is, otherwise in order.
