ORDER
When the matter was taken up hearing on 18.03.2026, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 25.03.2026.
2. Even today, when the matter was taken up for hearing in the morning session, a request was made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner to take up the matter post lunch as his Senior Counsel was not available in the morning session. Hence, the matter was passed-over to be taken up after lunch session.
3. After the recess, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner, again it was passed-over to be taken up at the end of the list. When the matter was again taken up for hearing at the end of the list, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner . It is seen that the petitioner is not diligent enough to prosecute the case. Hence,
this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition also closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
