ORDER

Today, the matter is listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned".

2. It is seen that this Court, vide order dated 02.02.2026, appointed Mr.Abish DJ, Legal Manager of the applicant company as receiver to seize the vehicle from the respondent. However, today the learned counsel for the applicant has produced the identity card of another employee and seeks permission of this Court to appoint him as the receiver to seize the vehicle from the respondent.

3. Hence, this Court is inclined to appoint Mr.Nallani Anil Kumar, as receiver to seize the vehicle.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction in the order and issue corrected order copy.
