ORDER
This writ petition (criminal) has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3, to provide adequate police protection to the Advocate Commissioner appointed in Crl.M.P.No.2428 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur and for taking physical possession of the secured asset more fully described in schedule of property, set out in Crl.M.P.No.2428 of 2025.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that pursuant to the order dated 10.09.2022, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur in Crl.M.P.No.2428 of 2025, adequate police protection has been given to the Advocate Commissioner and physical possession of the subject property has also been handed over to the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this writ petition (criminal) stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
