ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2025 and permit the petitioner to participate in the bid to be held on 19.12.2025 at the 2nd respondent, office, without insisting upon the production of inspection certificate and the work condition of the plants and machineries certificate to be issued by the 3rd respondent

Today, when the matter was taken up, Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepted notice for first respondent and Mr.Abishek Murthy, learned Standing accepted notice for Respondents 2 and 3. Learned State counsel submitted, on instructions, that the application of the petitioner will be processed and Worksite Inspection and Plant and Machineries Certificates will be issued on or before 17.12.2025.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
