Mr.S.Arumugam Govt Advocate For R1 to R4 Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the joint patta issued by the fourth respondent in patta No.227 dated 17.12.2015 in the name of the respondents 5 and 6 for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representations dated 29.09.2025 and 13.10.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.The petitioner claims that erroneously and illegally patta No.227 dated 17.12.2015 for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition was issued in favour of the respondents 5 and 6. The petitioner seeks for cancellation of the same. The petitioner had given representations on 29.09.2025 and 13.10.2025 to the official respondents seeking for cancellation of patta No.227 dated 17.12.2015. Since the same have not been considered, the
petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents 5 and 6, notice to the respondents 5 and 6 is dispensed with. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if the petitioner's representations as stated supra are considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the respondents 5 and 6 and any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.
6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 29.09.2025 and 13.10.2025 seeking for cancellation of joint patta issued by the fourth respondent in patta No.227 dated 17.12.2025 in the name of the respondents 5 and 6 for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the
respondents 5 and 6 and also any other third party whom the third respondent
