The above Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2025.

2. The petitioner's case is that he is the absolute owner of the property situate at Survey No.1410/19, Patta No.367,A. Kundrathur Village, measuring an extent of 0.296 sq. m. On humanitarian grounds, the petitioner had permitted the 4th respondent to reside in a portion of the said property for a few days, as she had been thrown out of her residence. However, the 4th respondent, with malafide intention colluding with certain real estate persons attempted to grab the petitioner's property. For this purpose, she had filed W.P. No.5449 of 2020 with false allegations, suppressing the fact that the petitioner is the real owner of the property and obtained an order dated 03.03.2020 directing respondents 1 to 3 to provide electricity connection to her. Based on the said order, she obtained electricity service connection No.

092340285389 to a portion of the petitioner's property. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation dated 06.11.2025 to respondents 1 to 3 seeking disconnection of the electricity service connection No.092340285389. However, to date, no action has been taken by respondents 1 to 3. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records. 2/4

4. Considering the limited request of the petitioner and taking note of the fact the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2025 has not been considered to date, the Writ Petition is allowed. The respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
