O R D E R
The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time granted vide Order dated 17.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31274 of
2025 by a period of four weeks to enable the petitioners to surrender before the jurisdictional Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that due to boycott in Mayiladuthurai District Court, the petitioners were not able to comply with the Order of this Court dated 17.11.2025 within the stipulated time and hence, requested to extend time by four weeks to comply with the Order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.31274 of 2025 dated 17.11.2025 to surrender before the court concerned.
3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, a further period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the court concerned and this petition is ordered accordingly. 05.01.2026 vrc
