This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.21607 of 2024, dated 12.09.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that, the petitioner has complied with the condition for 40 days; and that the investigation of the case has been completed and charge sheet filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the nature of offence and the fact that the petitioner has complied with the condition for 40 days and he has to further comply only for a meagre period, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.21607 of 2024, dated 12.09.2024.
